Mechanical and electrical specifications are subject to change. If either of the above criteria is critical in the client's intended usage, please contact the factory to verify the information or obtain the latest updated information.
Shipping Instructions
Unless instructed by the customer, RTI will ship UPS or FedEx. In the U.S., international shipments may be shipped by UPS, FedEx or Air Parcel Post. Please indicate at time of order if any special shipping such as freight forwarders are required.
Engineering Assistance
RTI maintains a support staff of technical experts who can assist you with your potential requirements. RTI will be happy to provide you with the level of engineering assistance necessary to properly define the requirements for your application.
Quantity Discounts
Discounts are generally available on most items. Due to the wide variety of devices, it is not possible to provide a standard discount schedule. When quantities are involved, please contact RTI or our sales representative and appropriate information will be provided.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, RTI warranties all products to be free of defects for a period of one year from date of shipment. This expressed warranty supersedes and is in lieu of any and all other remedies and warranties including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, and liability for negligence. In no event shall Radar Technology, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential loss, expenses or damages.
Pricing and Terms
A quotation on any item is available from our local representative or directly from RTI's Sales Department. All quotations, unless otherwise noted, are valid for ninety days from date of issue. FOB: Merrimac, MA. Pricing does not include customer or government source inspection unless otherwise noted. Our terms are 1% 10 NET 30 on approved credit. Visa or MasterCard is accepted (Discounts do not apply to credit card orders). International orders may require Wire Transfer of Funds or Irrevocable Letter of Credit.Repair Costs
Warranty repairs will be made at no cost to the customer. Units out of warranty or those that have been mishandled will require approval by the client for the charges involved before repairs can be made. RTI will provide an estimate for the repair cost. For those items which are deemed to be beyond repair, or where the client may decide against repairing the unit, handling charges may be involved for the evaluation work that was performed.
Returned Material
When returning material for repair or replacement, it is necessary first to contact the Sales Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned to RTI without an RMA may not be accepted. To provide better service, we require complete information be included with the shipment giving detailed description of reason for return, the date of purchase, PO number and the exact shipping address to which the material is to be returned. All returns must arrive postage, duties and handling prepaid.
