RTI has developed a series of constant phase limiters that offer a negligible change in transmission phase as the input signal to the device is varied over its dynamic range. This relatively flat transmission phase enables the devices to be phase tracked with relative ease. In addition, errors produced by unequal signal levels, as in monopulse systems, are minimized.
